Pinewild

Pinewild is another exclusive gated community on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. It consists of about 135 condos and it extends from Hwy 50 to the beach just south of Marla Bay.  There are Lakefront units and meadow front units, both being privy to gorgeous views as well as more attractively priced interior units.
