Kingsbury Grade

Kingsbury Grade is broken into two parts, upper and lower. The grade itself is located along SR 207 and starts at Highway 50 and Stateline and goes all the way down to the Carson Valley. At the top, one can expect to take full advantage of the meaning of, “Ski in and Ski out” property. There is a variety of properties from condos and townhomes to stunning custom luxury properties. Some are even located right at the base of new high speed chair lifts and the two Nevada Heavenly lodges. Along with this amazing perk, residents at this altitude can count on stunning views on either side: gorgeous valley views on one with mountain and lake on the other. Homes nearby are a blend of many different styles from small ranchers to extraordinary estates. At the bottom of the grade sits a neighborhood that has about 800 homes positioned amongst the forested hills in close proximity to the lake. Similar to the top of the grade, homes in this area also start at market entry to luxury properties.
