We presented our specific needs to Ryan and he immediately went to work on finding us the perfect home. He spent a lot of time and effort locating houses for us to look at which was no doubt a challenge considering the scarcity of ones in our price range. As time went by we were becoming discouraged and were almost ready to give up hope in finding the perfect house. Ryan encouraged us to be patient and assured us that he would find one.
On a Saturday Ryan called and said he had four houses for us to look at. We met the next day, which was Sunday. The first three had us a little frustrated but we fell in love with the fourth and immediately after returning to our motel room, we contacted our mortgage broker and then Ryan to let them know we wanted the house. The next day an offer was made and within twenty four hours, we were in escrow.
Ryan kept in contact with us continuously to keep us up to date on the progress. By the time escrow closed, our house in Nevada was also sold and we were ready to move in.
We are grateful for Ryan’s patients, diligence, and encouragement. He went above and beyond anything we could ever expect.
