I am writing this letter to give my highest possible recommendation for Ryan Daniel Anderson. I know Mr. Anderson through his work at South Lake Tahoe. He was recommended to work with me for commercial real estate by a much respected friend and broker that I have worked with previously. When we first met, Mr. Anderson asked good questions and appeared intelligent. Later on he demonstrated that he is very capable and responsible professional and is also detail oriented which are all very important to me. He always does his due diligence.
The commercial real estate was a hotel at South Lake Tahoe. I am based in China so we are working with a great distance and different time zone. However, Mr. Anderson was always available if I had any questions and he was constantly keeping in touch letting me know how the purchase was going. Since it is an international transaction, there were more complicated steps to go through and Mr. Anderson made sure everything went through as smoothly as possible. He showed great interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
As a busy international investor, I much appreciate working with a skilled reliable businessman who is filled with local knowledge.
